UNI Filter
The Uni Filter was designed with durability in mind, therefore we opted to go for a fiberglass construction instead of roto moulded plastic, this gave us a completely new design option, as well as the option of vibrant colours.
Our filters get vacuum-formed to ensure a watertight seal on the shell after which the two halves are joined. Our filters are finished and fully tested under normal operating conditions before they get polished.
The Uni filter comes with a 60-month onsite warranty under normal operating conditions for the shell within the Gauteng area. It also offers a built-in automatic pressure relief system. All internal components are manufactured from ABS plastic and were made with ease of use in mind.

Our high-rate Fiberglass Filters are durable and easy to operate with a side-mounted multiport valve with easy-to-select operation features. UNI DB-Boxes are weatherproof and flame retardant. Our UNI DB-Box is manufactured in our factory from a flame retardant virgin plastic making our UNI DB-Box durable and safe to use inside your pump rooms. The UNI DB-Box gets assembled in-house which gives you several options to choose from or have it built to your custom specification. All spare parts are readily available in stock. Our UNI DB-Box comes with a 12-mönth warranty on the box from the date of purchase.

MPV SELECTOR INFORMATION
All swimming pools need to run through the filter on the filtration setting, to remove all the dust and particles from the water by filtering the water through a sand bed and returning it back to the pool.
The swimming pool filter needs to be backwashed once a week, simply select the backwash option and start the pump. This forces the water back through the filter sand cleaning all the dust and particles trapped in the sand.
Run it on this setting until the site glass passes clear water.
After the pool filter has been backwashed, it needs to be rinsed. Simply switch off the pump change it to rinse and switch on the pump and run it until the water is clear through the site glass. This must be done after every backwash.
This must only be used when you vacuum your pool after using a flocculant or when you want to get rid of excess dirt or water. Please keep in mind that on this setting the water level drops drastically as it is pumped directly into the waste line and could cause your pool water level to drop below the weir level and cause your pool pump to run dry

Switch the filter to recirculate. This will bypass the filter, for when your filter has a leak or needs to be repaired. Keep in mind that no filtration will take place when in this setting.
Switching your filter to closed shuts off the water from running through the filter, this should only be used when cleaning out the pump basket or when working on the pump.
IMPORTANT
The UNI MPV must not be in the closed position when the pump is started and must not be switched into any position while the pump is running. Always switch the pump off before making your selection.
TRANSFORMERS
UNI Transformers are step-down transformers, they take the current voltage from 220v to 12v and are perfect for running a 12v LED pool light.
